Want to check your State Farm Bank® account balance before you make that next big purchase? State Farm Bank customers now can do that using the new mobile app.

Need help on the road? Use Pocket Agent to search for locksmiths, towing service providers, rental cars, taxis, gas stations, or hotels by location or zip code.

Can’t find your insurance card? The My Insurance Card feature provides all auto policy details on all cars in a household.

In addition, Pocket Agent will enable State Farm auto policyholders registered on statefarm.com® to begin the claims submission process with the touch of a finger, while still at the scene of an accident. Claims submission walks customers through what to do after an accident.The claims process is simplified with Pocket Agent using available customer information. Customers are able to select policy information, rather than typing it in, saving valuable time.

The Pocket Agent is an extension of the service offered in State Farm agents’ offices and illustrates the State Farm commitment to being there for customers in more ways than ever before.
